The Registration Process

1. Complete the Enrollment Inquiry Form

2. School Tour: sign up by selecting the appropriate option in the Enrollment Inquiry Form

3. Complete the New Student Application Form (Registration opens February 15): A $150 non-refundable application fee/child is required at time of registration. All potential students whose applications are fully completed will be placed on our wait list.

4. Intake Interview: When space becomes available in the grade being applied for you will be invited for an intake interview. Students entering kindergarten to grade 2 will also have an in person learning assessment.

5. Admissions Decision & Acceptance: Successful candidates will receive an Acceptance Letter. At the time classroom placement is offered you will be sent a Financial Agreement. The completed Financial Agreement and supporting account information must be received within five (5) business days. If not completed within five (5) business days, the offer for classroom placement is withdrawn by DCS and the student is place back on the wait list.

Returning Students

For existing families of DCS

Auto Reenroll Deadline: February 15

Existing Families may enroll additional students by contacting the school office to access the applicable form(s).

Families not planning to reenroll must complete the Not Returning/Withdrawal Form. Forms received after April 30 will be charged a $200 late withdrawal fee.
